This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://www.coffeeberries.in. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 


 

1. Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery

Proof is required, including clear images and an unboxing or damage video.

 


 

2. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Size, fit, color, or style preferences

  • Minor color or fabric variations

  • Worn, washed, altered, or used products

  • Missing tags or damaged packaging

  • Delayed delivery due to courier issues

 


 

3. Replacement & Refund

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement first, subject to availability

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion

  • Shipping charges and discounts are non-refundable

 


 

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

  • COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer

 


 

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed

 


 

6. Policy Updates

Coffee Berries reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website.
