Refunds or replacements are accepted only if:

Proof is required, including clear images and an unboxing or damage video.
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Worn, washed, altered, or used products

Missing tags or damaged packaging

Delayed delivery due to courier issues
3. Replacement & Refund

Approved cases will receive a replacement first, subject to availability

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion

Shipping charges and discounts are non-refundable
4. Refund Timeline

COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer
