Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected unless an error is detected.

d. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store card or banking details.

We are not responsible for payment gateway failures or delays beyond our control.

e. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed over to the delivery partner.

f. Returns and Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch

  • Post-dispatch returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with images/videos

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags

Refunds or replacements are subject to our Return Policy.

g. Non-Delivery

Incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments may incur additional delivery charges.

 

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coffee Berries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Website use or product purchases.

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

Clothing products are provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties related to fit, comfort, or suitability beyond statutory requirements.
