We offer shipping for Products purchased through the Website to addresses within India and, at our discretion, selected international destinations. Shipping is handled through third-party courier and logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, or similar service providers.
This Policy applies to all orders placed on the Website, whether by registered users or guest customers, and covers order processing, dispatch, transit, and delivery.
b. Order Processing

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins after internal verification, and we reserve the right to cancel COD orders at our discretion.

c. Shipping Availability
We reserve the right to restrict deliveries to certain pin codes, regions, or countries due to logistical, legal, or operational constraints. If your location is not serviceable, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified accordingly.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details (where available). Tracking can be monitored directly on the courier partner’s website.
c. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery delays may occur due to:

3. Shipping Charges

c. Excluded Costs
Shipping charges do not include customs duties, local taxes, or international import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Shipping Process and Conditions
a. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including pin code and contact number. Coffee Berries is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
Address modifications are allowed only before dispatch. Post-dispatch changes may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
b. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two times. You or an authorized person must be available to receive the shipment.
If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us. Redelivery may require additional shipping charges, or the order may be treated as undeliverable.
c. Risk and Title
Ownership and risk of the Products transfer to you once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
d. Inspection Upon Delivery
You must inspect the package at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, tampering, or incorrect item must be reported within 2 days of delivery, along with:

Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
a. Replacement Eligibility
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product, notify us within 2 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
Upon verification and subject to stock availability, we may issue a replacement. Replacement shipping costs will be borne by us only if the issue is due to our error.
No cash refunds or monetary compensation will be provided under shipping-related claims.
b. Non-Eligible Claims
We do not accept replacement claims for:

c. Lost Shipments

c. Delivery Time
International deliveries may take 15 to 30 business days. Delays caused by customs or local authorities are beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coffee Berries shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, transit damage, or non-delivery.
Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to replacement of the affected Product as per this Policy.
